MP's daughter opted out of job abroad, joined the service of the army

Roorkee, Haridwar [JnN]: Dr Shreyasi Pokhriyal, daughter of former Chief Minister and Haridwar MP Dr. Nishank, joined the army medical team as an officer in the army. They will serve their services at Roorkee Military Hospital. In the presence of Commandant and family members on Saturday, Dr. Shreyasi duly organized the army.

On joining the daughter's army, Dr. Nishank said in the interaction with Dainik Jagran that there was no one in the army in our family till now. Now daughter has made me feel proud when I go to the army. He said that he is from the political arena and has been writing songs and poems of patriotism from the beginning. In such a situation, he always wanted to go to the army from his family.


Today his daughter has fulfilled this wish. He is proud of his daughter about the fact that she had received an offer of a Deputy Director at an International Medical University in Mauritius, but the daughter rejected her and chose the army. Dr. Nishank explains that his daughter Shreyasi wanted to become a doctor since childhood, but about two years ago she decided to go to the army.

He explains that nearly two years ago, he went on a trip to Kedarnath with family. At the same time, Shreyasi completed a short walk in a short span of time. In such a way, he told Shreyasi that he is very skilled and the army needs such kind of passion and passionate people. Dr. Nishank says that I feel that this thing has happened in the heart of Shreyasi. After that he sat in the commission and became successful. I am very happy that now Shreyasi will serve the country by serving its services in the Army.
