Violation of orders of minister, mayor, commissioner's nose high court
Former municipal town planner (MTP) engineer Desaraj of the municipal corporation has accused the minister, the mayor and the commissioner of the city, in violation of the orders of the Punjab Haryana High Court. He said that the High Court is banned for illegal construction in the city but illegal construction is continuing with the collusion of officials of the department. He said that construction work is in full swing with the collusion of ATP and Inspector of the department in the corridor of Shri Durbar Sahib. This construction work is directly violation of the order of the High Court. Departmental officials are busy bribing the construction work. Desaraj said that the mayor says that the corporation's gut is empty, then what was taken in lieu of illegal construction was not being deposited in the treasury.
