4 injured including leopard, forest officer injured in Indore resident area

In the Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the leopard entered a residential area on Friday, creating panic among the people. This leopard, straying from the jungle in search of food and water, was caught unconscious after a lot of hardships. During the nearly two-hour rescue operation, four government employees were injured in leopard attack.

Uttam Yadav, in-charge of the local Kamala Nehru Zoo, told the media after this campaign that the eight-year-old leopard came away from the forest near the city and first got into the verandah of a house in Palher Nagar. Then he kept running from one place to another. When trying to capture the leopard in the trap, he escaped while injuring a person engaged in the rescue operation.
Told that when a leopard had entered inside the house, then the forest department's rescue team put a trap from the outside. Suddenly the leopard came out and the forest department official was in a hurry. Two officials of the forest department were injured in this attack. After attacking two more people, the leopard wounded them. In the meantime, the team of forest department finally got success in this trouble and the team took hold of them and took them with them.
