UP Government announces recruitment of 4000 Urdu teachers for Basic Education Department

Breaking news! Yogi Adityanath, who chaired the Uttar Pradesh government, has said that he has canceled recruitment of 4000 Urdu teachers for the basic education department. According to media reports, recruitment process of 4000 vacancies started under the rule of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, which has now been canceled. This announcement has been made by the Additional Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh's Basic Education Department.
Under the umbrella of the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board or the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council, recruitment process of teachers started. According to sources, the reason for taking such steps was made due to the fact that there are already enough Urdu teachers in the department and this is why recruitment is not required. According to the report of INDIA TODAY, in 2016 the total posts of teachers declared in UP were 16460 out of which 4000 were for Urdu teachers.
Uttar Pradesh recruitment was started for the Urdu teachers on December 15, 2016 for elementary schools under Akhilesh Yadav's rule. The online application process started from December 23, 2016, and the application was submitted till January 2017. The consultation date was announced in March 2017, but at the same time, the state government changed after the election. The quality of teachers in various institutions is very important. The UPA Government has taken such a drastic step to ensure proper recruitment for teachers.
