Akhilesh and Mayawati, 'unmatched' SP-BSP Gathabandhan: Shivpal

Ballia (UP): Pragatishil Samajwadi Party President Shivpal Singh Yadav on Saturday called SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and BSP supremo Mayawati as "traitors". Shivpal, who came to attend a program in the town, said that the SP-BSP alliance was 'unmatched'. Akhilesh and Mayawati are not 'trustworthy' but 'traitors'. Both have betrayed SP patron Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Shivpal said that BSP had betrayed Mulayam only after 17 months of joining the government in 1993 with the SP. He said that he did not want SP to dissolve, but the Sagalcharo and Chapulus dissolved.

Accusing the elder brother Ramgopal Yadav of ruining SP, Shivpal said that due to Ramgopal Yadav, SP's Lok Sabha and Assembly elections have taken a bad position.

Before this, on January 13 (Sunday), Shivpal Singh Yadav attacked the SP-BSP coalition and said that this coalition was created due to fear of CBI. Shivpal had said that when the SP-BSP coalition was formed in 1993, there was no allegation against both the parties nor the CBI's fear was there.

He said, "Today is the fear of the CBI. Because of this fear this coalition is happening. This coalition will not succeed. ' Let me tell you that after separation from the SP in the SP, Shivpal formed a separate party named after progressive Samajwadi Party-Lohia.
